Old School

I was on Skype with my parents, Eldest Sis and Mindy this morning.

When Mindy's daughter Noelle passed by, Mindy asked her to get the bookmark that Noelle had gotten for her parents when she went to the book fair.

Noelle had picked up this bookmark for her mom and dad.
She thought her old school parents would appreciate it.

The pencil tip says "PRINT."

The eraser has "DELETE."

I told Mindy to show Noelle a pair of scissors and some glue.
"CUT" and "PASTE."

Then added, "Get carbon paper ... "COPY."

I thought that was pretty funny and so did my sisters
but MyGirl who was beside me said, "I don't get it."

Oh!!! Got to show her some old school stuff.
Seems she doesn't really know the meaning behind CC and BCC.

Start of Something New

Happy Chinese New Year!

As I was about to leave the office today,
a friend asked,
"Are you celebrating Chinese New Year tonight?"

I smiled and said,
"Not really but we're celebrating Ash Wednesday."

Guess How Much I Love You

Guess How Much I Love You is a book that we read to GI many, many, many times.  His copy was a small  board book.  We would flip through the pages at night before going to bed.  GI had heard the story so many times he had memorised the whole book.

GI will always be my Funny Nut Brown Hare,
but my heart belongs to someone else.

HAPPY
VALENTINE'S
DAY!

Over Eight Inches

This has been long overdue.

Minimum length for donation is 8 inches (20 cm,),
we cut off about 10 inches (25 cm.).

This ponytail is going off via post today.

I've seen firsthand how patients undergoing chemotherapy lose their hair.
So this haircut is definitely for a good cause.
